CANADIAN HORSES
We have owned the Canadian Horses since 2001. We brought our first Canadians from Fermes des Berges of Quebec. We love the Canadian breed for their beauty, versatility and stamina. We find the Canadians to be a breed that form a strong bond to their owners and are willing to do anything for their trusted rider. Below are some the horses we own or have owned over the years.
DCF JETSON RAVEN
Raven is a 5 year old filly who is the first Canadian Foal born on our Farm. She is an athletic filly with beauty and brains. She has been shown and placed 1st in most halter classes and English Pleasure classes. She was also shown in jumping by a 13 year old girl. She is a great trail horse and we look forward to a great show career in the future. WATCH FOR HER AS A DEMO HORSE AT MANE EVENT AND WE WILL BE RIDING WITH CLINICIAN TAMMY PATE SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE EVENT
DU COTEAU LALOU LEGEND
"Legend" is an 8 year old gelding that arrived at our farm as a 7 year old with no training and he has proved you can "teach an ole dog new tricks." He has become my husband Andre's trusted mount and they have done many miles in the mountains and on the trail. He has plans for many a mountain trip with this great gelding!
